Where is my order?
Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your order if you are in mainland UK.
Other countries will take longer please use this guide to help you: (Insert table with delivery times for EU and Rest of World)
How can I track my order?
You should have received an email with a tracking number, please follow the guidance within the email.

Please contact us on 020 8216 9999 or send us an email to (info@mysterium-jewellery.co.uk). Please do allow up to 48 hours for a reply though we will always try to respond much more quickly!

Returns & Refunds

How do I return an item?
Please contact us if you wish to send an item back or are not happy with an item and we will try and sort it out straight away.
When will I receive a refund?
Please allow up to 10 working days for the payment to be shown back into your account.

Why can’t I sign in to my account?
If you are having troubles logging on, please email us and we will look into resetting your password for you.
Do I need an account to place an order on Mysterium?
No, you have the option to either create an account (which will benefit you as a regular customer) or continue as guest.
How do I set up an account?
Go to start then click log-in, you should see a button which says ‘create account’. Then follow the steps as shown.
